Important Notes
- Fees once paid are non-refundable.
- Tuition fees must be paid monthly before the 10th.
- Annual charges are payable at the time of admission.
- Transport fees (if applicable) are charged separately.
Refund of Fees
Fees once paid are NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason whatsoever.
National Withdrawal Rules
Application for withdrawal is to be made on the prescribed Performa available in the School office. No child can be withdrawn till a written request from parents is submitted. A one-month notice period or one-month notice fee is required for withdrawal. Before applying for transfer, approval must be obtained from laboratory, library, and other department in-charges. Transfer certificate will be issued only after one week of receipt of application and payment of all dues.
School Transport
Online applications are being accepted for the academic session 2025–2026. Transport facility is optional. Requests must be submitted via the 'Transport Consent Form' on the school app by 31 March 2025. Parents are responsible for picking up their child from designated stops. Late arrivals must arrange transport themselves. Transport is at parent's risk. Vehicle will stop only at pre-determined stops. Security rules apply.
Right of Alteration / Modification
The Management reserves the right to modify or add any terms and conditions without prior notice in the interest of the Institute.
Medical Facility
The school has a well-equipped medical room for emergencies. Only first-aid is provided. School is not responsible for injuries; medical treatment fees are not reimbursed.
Fee Payment Process
- Fees can be paid yearly, half-yearly, quarterly, or monthly.
- Payment must include child's name, class, admission number, and parent's phone number.
- Fees are payable at the school office (9:00 am – 2:00 pm).
- Demand draft/cheque or cash in favor of Gyan Sarovar Public School.
- Late payment fine: Rs. 20/day from 11th of the month.
- Dishonored cheque penalty: Rs. 500 (insufficient funds), Rs. 200 (other reasons).
- Non-payment by the last date will lead to removal from enrolment list.
Important Information
- No certificates should be submitted unless specified.
- Attach the report card of the last exam passed for Class 1 and above.
- Submit only the registration form at the time of registration. Keep copies of all forms.
