Request to use school transport should be made at the beginning of the session.

If your child was using the transport facility in the previous session, you are still required to submit the form. You are requested to read and understand the transport rules carefully. Transport facility is optional, only those parents should apply for whom it is necessary to avail the transport facility.

It will be the sole responsibility of the parent to pick up the child at the designated bus stop. Transportation facility is provided at the parent's risk and responsibility.

Any suggestions or complaints should be reported to the transport in-charge. Parents cannot give instructions to the driver or conductor. The vehicle will stop only at pre-determined stops to pick up children.

Parents who arrive late will have to drop their children to school themselves.

If a child arrives late at the bus stop, it will be the responsibility of his/her own parents to take him/her to school.

For security reasons, students who miss the school vehicle from the assigned stop will not be picked up from any subsequent stop.

If the parent/guardian is not present at the stop to pick up the child when dropping him/her off from school, the child will be taken back to school. The parent/guardian will then have to pick the child up from school on their own.

Whether or not your child will be provided with school transport facility will depend on the availability of seats and the actual requirement of the child. Parents who are willing to avail the transport facility, please fill and submit the ‘Transport Consent Form’ through the school app by 31 March 2025. Applications received after 31 March 2025 will not be considered. Please take great care of yourself and your family.
